Our experience of delivering Life in the UK tests

learndirect has delivered the Life in the UK Test on behalf of the Home Office since 2005. It is completed by candidates online at approved test centres in support of an application for citizenship and/or settlement in the UK. There are currently 63 test centres around the country managed by learndirect; these centres are situated to offer the best geographic coverage dependent on demand. Nearly 1.1m Life in the UK tests have been taken since the service began.
