Are employers asking for qualifications that you don't have? Do you want to build your self-confidence and improve your skills? If so, we've got a range of courses that lead to nationally recognised qualifications in maths, English, IT and more. They're flexible and designed to fit around your life.
An English qualification could be right for you if you want to brush up on your grammar, spelling, reading and writing. Or a maths qualification can improve your number skills and help you get to grips with things like money, measurements, percentages, addition and subtraction. Our qualifications are similar in level to GCSEs, so they're a great way of proving to employers that you have the right skills.
If you'd like to be more confident using a computer to do things like create presentations, use spreadsheets or get online, then an IT course or qualification could be right for you. IT qualifications can prove to employers that you've reached a recognised standard with your computer skills.
If you want to improve your skills in the workplace, we have a range of courses and qualifications that could help.
If you're new to job seeking, or are returning to work after a long break, then our introductory Job Seeking and Employability qualification can help you gain the essential skills you need to get into work, and feel confident in interviews. You'll learn to understand what employers are looking for, and what to expect from employment. It's a solid base for getting into work and further learning.
Our entry-level qualification in Life Skills will develop your personal skills for working, learning and living, and provide a useful base for further learning. Our Life Skills courses help with the everyday skills needed to organise your home and family, like parenting skills or healthy eating. Or, if you want to get to grips with the world of work, you can also learn about staying in work and planning your time.
If you want to work abroad or internationally, learning a language can boost your job prospects and make travelling more enjoyable. We offer over 100 languages (including English), from Afrikaans to Zulu. Our top 10 languages are also available at four different levels, so you can progress through the language.
