learndirect Achievement Awards

learndirect are committed to recognising the unique and outstanding learning achievements of people like you. That’s why the learndirect Achievement Awards have been created to celebrate the achievements of our learner, employers and learndirect learning centres.

*A new website with details about the 2008 Achievement Awards will be online early December 2007*

The Achievement Awards have been designed to recognise the achievements of individual learners and employers who are committed to learning and are going that extra mile to develop   and improve their own skills or that of the workforce. The Awards also recognise the work our learning centres and centre staff do within their local communities.

The Awards launched for the first time this year and over 1700 nominations were made nationally. Regional finals took place in June 2007 where regional award winners were announced. These winners have been invited to attend the National Awards Ceremony at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre where the overall winners will be announced.
