The Benefits of e-learning

Skills are becoming increasingly important in the workplace today. It's becoming a much more competitive environment with not just local but global competition as well as technological advances, which means that people have to keep their skills refreshed.

In 2020 the people employed then, about 70% of them are already in the workforce so we have to develop the skills not just of young people but of people of all ages.

But at learndirect our mission is to use technology to transform skills in the workplace to help businesses - bottom line. We've done that on a huge scale supporting over 200,000 businesses and over 2.8 million individual learners doing learndirect courses.
