Customer service is important to CES, it has been claimed.
Cambridgeshire Enterprise Services (CES) - a firm that offers advice to people considering setting up their own business - has been rewarded for the quality of its customer service.
News resource Peterborough.net notes that CES has been awarded Customer First UK accreditation for delivering consistently high levels of service to its users.
And the chief executive of the organisation, Greg Byrne, told the news provider that he is delighted the firm has been rewarded for its efforts.
"Our job is all about nurturing the potential of people as new business owners. We always strive for great customer service and tell our customers they should do the same with theirs," he told the news source.
In related news, Computing.co.uk has this week noted that businesses should aim to improve their service skills in order to remain competitive in the market place.
Indeed, as the global economic conditions worsen, such parts of the customer experience should improve, the website notes.
