Telegraph Jobs competition winner, Caroline Cryer, is to use her new
coaching skills to pass on knowledge to people around the world.
Caroline Cryer is the winner of a Telegraph Jobs competition to bag a
£15,000 place on a coaching course. She is currently the head of learning
and development at Marie Stopes International, which is a non-governmental
family planning organisation.
Cryer will use her news skills to help her pass on valuable training to
midwives in Madagascar and to family planning teams working in
Cambodia.
The Telegraph competition saw applicants answering the question “Is a coach
a business leader’s best friend?”. She fought off stiff competition for the
place on the MSc course, which will allow her to transform her skills in
providing training for employees, to providing training for people living
in very challenging circumstances.
Through the work she will be doing abroad, Cryer has the opportunity to
really make a difference to many people’s lives.
