NVQ Planning

All NVQs can be completed at a time, place and pace to suit your needs. We’ll help identify your training needs and develop a flexible assessment programme to suit your workplace.
NVQs require the submission of on-the-job assessment evidence by employees, qualified assessors and witnesses – there are no exams.

Online Training

The learndirect web-based courses and e-Portfolio management tools can be used to extend your areas of competence and submit assessment evidence.

On-The-Job Assessment

Site visits are arranged by your assessor at appropriate times in the working day to provide accurate assessment with minimum disruption.

NVQ Qualification

On passing, learners receive an NVQ certificate recognised by businesses across the UK and can choose to continue their studies to the next level.

5. What will it cost?

• There are many funding options available to help you minimise the cost of NVQs – in some cases, your training requirements may even be fully funded. We can advise you directly on 0800 101 901.
• Funding is often available for Level 2 learners, and those with literacy or numeracy needs.
• Funding is also available through the Train to Gain programme.
