- All entries must be received by 5.00pm on Monday 11 April 2011.
- Nominations will be accepted on the nomination form, for individuals
who have completed learndirect courses in the past or are
currently enrolled on learndirect courses at present.
- Learners can be nominated by themselves, another
learndirect learner or a learndirect
centre or staff.
- All sections of the nomination form must be completed.
- If you require the nomination form in a different format please email
marketingenquiries@learndirect.co.uk
- The nominations will be judged by a panel of experienced
learndirect employees.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
- We will select 24 winning entries, and the successful learners will be
notified by 18 April 2011.
- The successful learners will be invited to the Go ON ND11 event in
London on 11 May. The event begins at 2pm and finishes at 8.30pm. Travel to
London and a one night stay in a hotel on 11 May for each learner and one
guest will be solely arranged by learndirect and in
accordance with the learndirect expenses policy.
- The information you have provided about yourself or your nominee will
only be used in connection with the Digital Champions initiative and Go ON
ND11 event and not for any other purposes.
- Winning entries will be publicised. Your details will be used for
publicity purposes to support media work for learndirect.
Your story will not be used for any other purpose, and your details will
not be passed on without your permissions.
- Entry via this nomination form implies acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
What we'll do with your information: We'll use the
information you give us to send you information about your Digital
Champions nomination and for general statistics and research. If you tick
the box about receiving more information from learndirect
we will send you information about new campaigns, offers or events we're
running.
We will not pass your information on to any third parties other than
companies contracted to us and acting on our behalf, processing of your
information may be outside of the EU complying with the Data Protection Act
1998.
