Teaching Assistant

If you want to work in a school and you've thought about becoming a teaching assistant, we can help you to brush up on your maths and English skills so you're fully prepared.

Working as a teaching assistant isn't all about handing out work and getting the classroom ready for a lesson. You'll be expected to help pupils with their work, read to pupils and help them with their reading, and even lead lessons sometimes.

A qualification in maths or English is the first step towards becoming a professional and reliable teaching assistant. Once you feel confident about your own skills, you'll find it so much easier to help others in the classroom.

You'll have tutor support every step of the way and there's usually funding available to cover the cost of your learning so you may not have to pay a penny!
