The UK has a greater religious diversity than any other country in the European Union and since December 2003, all employers have been governed by regulations that outlaw discrimination on the grounds of religious belief.

Featuring dramatised case studies, the course explores a comprehensive range of faith issues. It will help you to understand and comply with religious belief legislation and offers practical advice on how religious beliefs can be successfully accommodated in the workplace.
