Project management

This course looks at project management concepts and strategies, including the management system, the different phases of the project life cycle, and the factors that affect cost and quality. You''ll also learn more about the project manager's role, and strategies for defining projects. You''ll get to know more about tasks like developing the work breakdown structure, estimating and scheduling resources, scheduling computations, and tracking project activities.
