  • The fourth section helps you with planning and scheduling work, so you'll cover creating and managing appointments, creating, managing and responding to meeting requests, creating and managing tasks, notes and journal entries, and scheduling your work.

Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Outlook 2010

This Intermediate course contains two sections.

  • The first section teaches you more about enhancing email communication, like working with a nonstandard email message, adding design and media elements, working with tables and WordArt objects, creating and managing quick parts, reviewing email messaging features, taking actions on a message, managing automatic replies, managing junk email messages, cleaning up the mailbox and creating a nonstandard email message.
  • The second section is about managing contacts and schedules, by managing Outlook item tags, working with contacts and contact groups, customising the calendar view and to-do bar, managing meeting requests and planning a meeting.

Advanced Skills in Microsoft Outlook 2010

This Advanced course contains two sections.

  • The first section is about Managing Email Accounts, where you'll cover adding accounts in Outlook 2010, adding a Microsoft Exchange email account manually, removing an account, modifying account settings, using the Outlook web application, creating an Outlook data file, managing Microsoft add-ins and managing trust centre settings
  • The second section covers optimising email communication, from managing send/receive operations, configuring Outlook options and message properties, to customising message settings, defining print styles, creating and managing quick steps, and reviewing email messaging features.
