You will be able to cast a vote for the winner of the outstanding learner of 2012 award, by voting online at www.learndirect.co.uk/awards. By participating in the vote you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You can cast your vote for one finalist only and may only vote once.
learndirect reserves the right to challenge and/or remove votes
learndirect reserves the right to discount any votes received where it has evidence the vote has been manipulated or tampered with or for any other reason learndirect in its absolute discretion deems necessary
learndirect reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
The eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of learndirect
Online Voting
- Online voting for the outstanding learner of 2012 award will open at 10am on Monday, 26 November 2012 and will close at 5pm on Friday, 11 January 2013
- The one finalist with the most votes at the close of voting will win the outstanding learner of 2012 award
- Any votes received after the close of voting will be disregarded and will not be counted towards the final result
- If you experience any difficulties with the website voting please email awards@learndirect.co.uk
Results
- Arrangements for the announcement of the outstanding learner of 2012 award winner will be made available at a later date
- The winning entry and all finalists will be publicised
- learndirect reserves the right to change, amend or vary any of the dates and times in the announcement of the results in relation to the vote at any time at its absolute discretion
