The winners of the 'Outstanding Learner Award' from each region are now competing for the public vote in our People's Choice Awards.
Each learner has an incredibly inspiring story to tell about how they have overcome difficulties, disability or adverse circumstances to achieve through learning.
The winner of the People's Choice Award will be announced at a reception in London, in October.
