Taking tests is no-one's favourite pastime. But it's easier when you know what you're facing!
These courses show you just what to expect when you take the National Test in Literacy or Numeracy. It answers any questions you may have about the test and gives you practise questions to have a go at.
They are divided into two parts, 'How to do the test' and 'Practise'. 'How to do the test' explains how to get ready for the National Test in Literacy or Numeracy. They tackle any problems you may face and look in detail at the types of test questions there are and how to complete them. They also tell you what help there is if you get stuck.
The 'Practise' section gives you the chance to have a go at some practice questions. There are ten practice questions at each level. There are also past tests for you to work through, with 40 questions at each level. Coloured bubbles on the screen change colour as you work through the course so you can see how you're getting on.
By the time you've finished you should be much more confident and prepared for taking the National Test in either Literacy or Numeracy.
