Women have attended a course about how to dress for business.
Of all the courses workers can take to lead them to success in their careers, around 400 female accountants chose one in dressing for business.
The Ernst and Young employees took the class in appropriate office attire and heard how perfume should be subtle and heels of a moderate height.
Even details such as the right bag to carry to a meeting and necklines on blouses were discussed at the event, which was organised by House of Colour image consultants.
Head of diversity Fleur Bothwick said it was easier for men to choose appropriate office wear and equally as easy for women to make a professional faux pas.
"You don't want to be remembered as the woman with red lips, or leave people wondering, 'how does she walk on those heels'?"
Anne Freden, chairperson of Ernst and Young's women's network, said many women were sometimes confused about what was acceptable to wear at work.
She suggested female employees at the firm were "looking to maximise their achievement in the firm and in their career, and looking for the skills and tips and tools to do that".
