ITQ (levels 1 and 2)
The ITQ will help you achieve a national standard in IT and give you the skills to use IT more effectively in your home or workplace. With the ITQ, you can cover anything from word processing, spreadsheets, email and the internet to wider issues such as computer security and maintenance. It's flexible to your learning needs.

ECDL Essentials (level 1)
The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is an internationally recognised qualification. ECDL Essentials gives you the basic skills to start using a computer safely, browse the internet and stay in touch with people by email.
